The rules that apply when visiting the HomeByPaula website or creating an account.

Last updated: September 2026

01

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Services apply to every visit to the HomeByPaula website and to any account created on it. Browsing the site, sending a form, or opening an account means a visitor accepts these terms. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the site.

02

What the Site Offers

HomeByPaula publishes general information about home warranty plans, including the systems and appliances a plan may list and the limits that often apply. This content is educational. It is not a warranty contract, a quote, or a promise of coverage.

Every plan is governed by its own written agreement, and coverage, fees, waiting periods, and exclusions are set out there.

03

Eligibility

The site is meant for adults living in the United States. Using it confirms that a visitor is old enough to enter a binding agreement where they live.

04

Accounts and Passwords

Account holders are responsible for the details they supply and for keeping login information private.

  • Information supplied must be accurate and kept current.
  • Passwords should never be shared.
  • Activity under an account is treated as activity by its holder.
  • Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly using the contact details below.
05

Text Messages

Visitors who opt in on the signup form may receive service and marketing text messages from HomeByPaula as described in the consent wording. Message frequency may vary, and standard message and data rates may apply. Replying STOP ends messages, and replying HELP returns assistance details. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

06

Acceptable Use

Visitors agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. The following are not allowed:

  • Submitting false, misleading, or another person's information.
  • Trying to break into, overload, or disrupt the site.
  • Copying or scraping content for commercial reuse.
  • Using the site to send spam or harmful code.
07

Content Ownership

The text, layout, graphics, and logo on this site belong to HomeByPaula or its licensors. Pages may be viewed and printed for personal use. Any other reproduction needs written permission.

08

The site may link to other websites for convenience. HomeByPaula does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

09

The site and its content are provided as is and as available. HomeByPaula makes no guarantee that the information is complete, current, or suited to a particular home, and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error free access.

10

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, HomeByPaula is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

11

Any dispute related to these terms or the site will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except where the law does not permit it. Class actions and class arbitrations are not allowed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

13
